It is affiliated to China South Industries Group Corporation (CSGC) Heilongjiang Nor th Tools Co., Ltd., was established in 1953. Our company produce military and civil d ual-use tungsten alloy and cemented carbide products. We are the earliest production base of cemented carbide and tungsten alloy products in domestic. Our company is located in the downtown of Mudanjiang, a famous tourist city in Nort h China, bordering the Suifenhe, which is a trade port between China and Russia, neig hboring the summer resort Jingbo Lake, and enjoying convenient road, railway and av iation conditions. At present, we have more than 190 employees, including one master `s degree, thirty-four bachelors` degree, ten with senior titles and twenty-one with inte rmediate titles. Our factory area is more than 15,000 square meters. We own more tha n 300 sets of advanced equipments, including spray granulator, cold isostatic press, 1, 000-ton oil press, automatic power press, vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace, hi gh-temperature vacuum sintering furnace, US AVS pressure sintering furnace, and bal l lapping machine; as well as total fixed assets of 19.55 million Yuan. We have nine d epartments, they are Comprehensive Department, R&D Department, Production Depa rtment, Technology & Quality Department, Financial Department, Sales Department, Supply Department, Inspection Department and International Trade Department; we h ave three workshops: they are Tungsten Alloy Workshop, Cemented Carbide Worksh op and Machining Workshop. Our company passed the Quality System Certification of ISO9001:1994 IN 1997, and passed the certification of the new edition of ISO9001:2000 in 2002; had the national secondary measurement test qualification and had successively passed the National T hird-class Confidentiality Certification and Military Articles Production License Audi t. We joined China Tungsten Industry Association in 1986, now we are the director com pany of Cemented Carbide Branch; we won High-tech Enterprise and successively wo n the titles of Labor Model Collective of Heilongjiang Province; also Financial Source Construction Demonstration Company of Xi’an District, Mudanjiang City, in 2008. We take full effect to its military technology and resource advantages, take the lead in setting up the Tungsten Material R&D Center, carry out project cooperation with the Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University o f Science and Technology, Central South University and other universities and researc h institutes in the R&D of new materials, new processes and new technologies, provid ing strong and effective guarantee for the high-density tungsten alloy products needed in the scientific research, production and equipment of the national defense technolog y industry. Meanwhile, the company took charge in compiling Military Industry Stand ard WJ2605-2002 and WJ-2672-2005 . And it took part in Nation al Military Standard GJB3793-99 . Some achievements in scientific research were awarded as State or Ministry Science P rogress Award. In recent years, the company invested over 80 million RMB in technical innovation of existed production line. We introduced advanced production and inspection equipmen ts from domestic and abroad to improve our production capacity, quality of products, and market competition ability.
